Veterinary technicians, or nurses, are a critical part of patient care, whether that patient is a dog, a cat, an exotic pet, a horse or another type of animal needing care in a hospital setting. Veterinary technicians work closely with you and your veterinarian , sometimes very visibly and often behind the scenes.
