Pets on beds: yea or nay?

Nearly half of pooch parents and 75 percent of feline folk sleep with their furry friends. But is it a good idea?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, sleeping with pets on the bed can be mutually beneficial. The sleeping arrangement affords many people a sense of security, provides company and offers relaxation. Even the steady pace of a pet’s breathing can lull some folks to sleep. As for pets, being allowed to cuddle with the leader of their pack is a huge acknowledgement.
